Forms will be sent to you via email for completion. It is good to become mindful of how you are feeling a few days before the first session. If you begin to dream prior to the first session, write the dreams down and bring them with you.
Often clients are nervous and this is understandable as you are saying “YES” to life in a way you never have before. Congratulate and praise yourself, you are doing a very good thing for you and all your relationships.
Arrive for your first session 5-10 minutes early.
