Learn what good and bad stress are and how stress affects Anxiety and Panic Attacks. Become aware of how you hold stress in your body and your body's response to stress. Learn techniques and exercises to manage and relieve these feelings.

Using many modalities such as movement, art expression, myth, expressive and grounding exercises participants will gain a deeper understanding of themselves, how they are triggered, become overwhelmed and then have time to practice new ways of addressing challenging situations.
